TOP GM Construction Countertop, Tile and Cabinet I’m so impressed with this company that I want to share my awesome experience with you. Theses guys are the Best Ever. First of all Carol, in the Office is who we started with. She was absolutely amazing. She worked her magic with us in the office and then came to our home. She measured and quoted us a price that same day. We could not have been more pleased with her expertise and knowledge of my very own ideas. What a Blessing. Choosing our countertop and backsplash made everything so easy and helped us feel so comfortable with our decisions. Thank You again Carol for all of your support. Then, Wilson the Owner, came to our home what a professional, nice man. He walked us through the process form begging to end in our kitchen. He explained everything to our understanding and satisfaction. We were updated through out the process. When the stone came in it was prepared and installation was scheduled at a time convenient for us. The countertop installation crew arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup. Immediately after, same day, the tile crew arrived to install backsplash. Incredibly my kitchen granite countertops and tile backsplash was completed in 5 hours. I have only Praise for their work ethic, craftsmanship, professionalism. Debbie and I put our kitchen reno project out to bid following the conclusion of our home's summer rental season in mid-September. We sought bids from 4 local GMs following an exhaustive search of highly rated companies. We carefully read through their respective reviews. We met with each of them, shared our ideas and listened to theirs. And of course we studied their bids and proposed timelines. One of our general concerns was a lack of clarity among the various quotes. It was sometimes hard to break-out specific charges within categories. This made comparisons difficult. The less clarity, the less enthused we were with that particular contractor. Early in our meetings with Carol at Top GM, we were impressed with the clarity and transparency of their quote. And if we wanted to drill down, Carol would patiently explain the details. It was important to us that there be no surprises. Top GM was open and honest. Their quote was clear and, in the end, accurate. What we paid for with Top GM and what we got was "spot on". Reviews were an important factor in our decision-making process. Actually, we became a little concerned that the Top GM reviews were fakes! They were all soooo good! Well, they are real...as is this one! Our decision was based on several key factors. Cost was important but it was last on our list. Having said that, Top GM came in less than the other 3. Communication was the most important factor in our decision. Carol listened to us. She embraced our vision and guided us through the realities of achieving that vision. She tried to incorporate our design objectives and ergonomic ideals. She did not dismiss our "must haves" as impossible. Rather, she eagerly tried to marry our dreams with reality. One of our goals was that the granite have NO SEAMS. Carol warned us that there may have to be a seam. Our sink was a drop-in with counter space on either side. And our kitchen is on the third floor making a crane necessary. She didn't want to promise...but she didn't want to disappoint us either. Turns out...we have no seams! Our project manager, Wilson, was competent and confident. He coordinated and oversaw the subs, sometimes "getting his hands dirty" as well. We were pleased that the entire crew followed a tight timeline. Again, there were no surprises. They showed up when they said they would. To our amazement, they job was begun (including demo) and completed as promised...in just 3 weeks! They warned us that there would be snags along the way....and there were. Despite that, Top GM quickly adapted and cleared whatever hurdles they encountered. We would highly recommend Top GM to anyone interested in a new or renovated project! Great pricing, great people, great result!

Everyone involved was very helpful and knowledgeable. Carol Boni was great to work with and kept me updated every step of the way, and made things comfortable for me. I highly recommend Top GM to anyone who needs a new counter top.

First I looked up on internet granite places in my area saw this one read reviews and said I will email them they got right back an next day. Carol came out discussing what we wanted and that very same day got a quote because we had already went to mid-Atlantic and picked out what we wanted .And then the next day a nice gentleman came and measured everything and gave me pointers and tips . Then the next day they got my choice and gave me a diagram what it what it would look like and I said great. A few days later they were here taking out the old and installing the new.Great service I could text questions to Carol and she would answer right away.

I met with Carol to discuss new countertops. She was truly amazing, knowledgeable and kind. I knew I was on the right path following our meeting. I interviewed 4 companies and by far Top GM was the best price and excellent customer delight. Top GM did an amazing job while being on time, professional and providing excellent work. From the start a great seamless experience. Carol made the estimate and planning so easy, the measure and install team were polite and informative through the process. The pricing is much better than the big stores that advertise low then add on. The price was what they told us from the start. Highly recommend!
